[5973] It may have been either Rachel's father or brother, Daniel Prindle, who represented 23 petitioners and on 5/20/1762 was granted 23,000 acres known as the Queensbury Patent. This land was on the Hudson River west of Kingsbury Twp. Basically, the Prindle group was not interested in settling there but Quakers bought from the group. Elihu Marsh owned Lots 30, 74, 80, & 81 and Elihu Jr. owned Lot 85 in this Patent.
