Research interests lie at the interface of quantum field theory and the
physics of simple atoms. Work has been carried out on the quantum electrodynamic (QED)
corrections to hyperfine splitting, Lamb shift, and g factors. In addition,
spectra and radiative decays of heavy quarkonia have been studied to understand
quark-antiquark forces.
