Graduate Credit Registration Procedure

Instructions

1. Complete this form, print a copy now, and mail the printed copy with the check for your kit(s) to the address listed below either now or after you register (Step 4). After printing, please submit a copy electronically by clicking on the "Submit" button.

2. Apply to the Graduate School at the University of Kentucky (unless you are already a UK graduate student). This may take approximately 2-3 weeks. Click here for Graduate School application form and procedures.

3. If you are a non-Kentucky resident, you can still qualify for in-state tuition, if you notify us as soon as you apply to the graduate school. If you are a non-Kentucky resident and you are already a UK graduate student fill in the date of your acceptance by the graduate school on the form below. If you are a non-Kentucky resident, do not complete Step 4 until you hear back from us concerning your tuition.

4. After you receive notification from the graduate school that you have been accepted, you may register for the course(s). Register with the University of Kentucky for PHY401G Special Topics in Physics and Astronomy, and pick the section(s) (Light,Temperature & Heat, Electricity & Magnetism, Force, Motion & Energy) you would like to take. *Please note: You will be billed for tuition by the University of Kentucky. Do not include tuition payment with this form.
