No, one station can only tell you how far the epicenter is from
that station, and it does not have enough information to determine
the direction. You can use the distance to draw a circle with
the station at the center, then the epicenter can be at any point
of this circle.
If you have two stations, then you can locate the epicenter to
two possible points given by the intersections of the two circles
from the stations. You can pin point the epicenter if you have
three stations. This is a standard method used by seismologist
to locate epicenter.
