There are many different kinds of magnets, and many ways to put them in combinations. Each will have its own distinctive magnetic field map. For example

write in your journal Make the field map for some of these -- enough that you begin to see the general features that these maps have, so that you could predict what the map would look like for other combinations of magnets.
