Vision statement:

The goal of our laboratory is to be among the most creative and respected in the area of experimental condensed-matter and applied materials physics.  In particular, we find novel properties of hetero-structured, artificial complex-oxides that lead us to an innovative understanding of fundamental physics.  By constructing a supportive environment, we will educate and train the next generation of scientists at the University of Kentucky.  We hope to be recognized for being excellent in science.
