- p. 115, Prob. 2.2 This theorem only holds in regions free of charge. Consider, for instance, the inside of a sphere of uniform negative surface charge.
- p. 151, Prob. 3.29 You need to expand to order (d/r)^4 to get the octupole term.
- p. 198, Prob. 4.34 Answer: p/epsilon should be replaced with 3 p/epsilon_0 (1+2 epsilon_r)
